Meridian Township Seeking Election Inspectors

Meridian Township is seeking individuals interested in being Election Inspectors for the upcoming August and November 2018 elections. Being an Election Inspector is a great way to learn about the election process, serve others in your community and earn some extra money. 

All Election Inspectors must attend mandatory training and could work up to fifteen hours the day of the election. We are looking for individuals who have strong computer skills (working with a laptop in particular), who give strong attention to detail and who enjoy working with the public. Rate of pay is $11.00 per hour. 

All Election Inspectors should be 18 years of age and a registered voter in the State of Michigan. Individuals who are 16 to 17 years of age and are interested in being an Election Inspector please contact the Township Clerk for more information.
