A new online utility billing payment system is now available!
We are offering a new online billing system that is more convenient, greener and paperless.
Utility service customers can sign up with their next utility bill they receive in the mail. Customers can easily view and pay their bill online, set up automatic payments, go paperless, pay by text and more with our new and improved electronic billing and payment service.
Drop Box Payments:
Customers can drop off their utility bill payment 24/7 in the white drop box in front of the Municipal Building at 5151 Marsh Road. Enclose your check along with your payment stub inside a sealed envelope.
In Person Payments:
Utility bill payments may also be made in person at the Treasurer's office between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm daily at the Municipal Building at 5151 Marsh Road.
By Mail Payments:
Send payment to 5151 Marsh Rd., Okemos, MI. 48864.
Please note that the Utility Billing Office is unable to accept telephone or in person credit card or debit card payments. Card payments can still be made online. Fees apply.

Can I cancel AutoPay?
Yes, simply login to your account and click on AutoPay. Next select Edit, change the status to “No, I do not want AutoPay” and save. To modify, go into your profile and uncheck the AutoPay box that you had previously checked when you elected to opt in.
Can I start receiving paper bills again?
Yes, simply login and click on Paperless. Then, select “No” and save your changes.
Can I tell if my payment has been posted?
Yes, simply login to your account and select “View paid or closed invoices”.
Can I use more than one payment method per transaction?
Yes, if partial payments are accepted, you may use one payment method for part of the transaction and another payment method for other parts of the transaction.
Do I have to enter an email address to make a payment?
Yes, an email address is required so the payment confirmation can be delivered to your email inbox.
