What can I Recycle at the Meridian Recycle Center?
Recycle for free:
Styrofoam™—clean, no pea-nuts, no insulation
Glass—sorted by color
Paper, cardboard, boxboard
Recycle for a fee:
Compactable waste $2 per 30 gallon bag or $20 per cubic yard
Non-compactable waste $30 per cubic yard
Brush, leaves & branches $2 per 30 gallon bag or $15 per cubic yard. Yard waste does not belong in your trash. You can compost it, or your neighbors or close-by community gardens might be interested in doing so. If not, ask your hauler about curbside collection or drop it off at the Recycling Center for a small fee.
Where Can I Recycle Hazardous Waste?

What Can I Recycle with Granger Curbside Recycling?
Curbside Recycling collection is available at no charge to Granger customers in Meridian Township. The 96 gallon bins cost $1.50 per month if you elect that size for curbside recycling.
