In the December edition of The Playbook that was sent on December 4, there was a typo that stated the Holiday Skate Party would be on Saturday, December 21. The event will be taking place on Saturday, December 20. 

The Meridian Township Parks & Recreation Department invites you to lace up your skates and join them for their first community skate night of the season on Saturday, December 20 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Skate party is complete with holiday music, seasonal treats, and hot chocolate! Free and open to the public.

The Artificial Ice Rink is located at the Marketplace on the Green Pavilion (1995 Central Park Drive, Okemos).

Participants are welcome to bring their own ice skates or borrow a pair of skates available for public use (limited).
