Join us at Serafine Preserve (Park at the western end of Del Mar Drive in Okemos) on Thursday, February 26 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm to remove invasive shrubs and do a winter sowing of native seeds! No experience is necessary, and all tools are provided. Please dress for the weather and note that all outdoor events may be cancelled up to an hour before.

Weekday Warriors occur every other Thursday (holiday dependent) from 1 pm to 3 pm at different locations in the Township. This small, but mighty weekday group meets every other Thursday to work on small, but important stewardship projects in the Township. We do invasive species removal, litter cleanup, native seed collection and sowing, sometimes all at once!

Participants are encouraged to pre-register but walk-ins are welcome. All workdays are outdoors and may be canceled due to inclement weather.
