Meridian Township posts invitations for bids (IFB) and requests for proposals (RFP) as outlined in the Meridian Township Purchasing Policy.

Meridian Township Website Redesign RFP

Meridian Township is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the redesign of its current website (meridian.mi.us).

The website redesign project will begin in June 2025 after a vendor has been selected and a contract has been signed. The Township’s contract with its current vendor expires on December 31, 2025, so the redesign will need to be completed before that contract ends.

Project Timeline:

  • May 23, 2025 | Proposal Due Date
  • May 30, 2025 | Contract Awarded
  • June 2025 | Begin Redesign Project
  • January 1, 2026 | Website Launch Date

Please submit your proposal electronically to bids@meridian.mi.us by 4:00 pm on Friday, May 23, 2025. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
