The final inspection should occur mid-month for a soft opening. Joe's on Jolly is a $7 million investment with an approved Brownfield plan to reimburse the eligible activities estimated at $400,000.

February 2022

The Training Factory has opened. 

Joes on Jolly is a restaurant and fitness facility, a complimenting use connected to the mixed development at the Elevation Apartments development at Jolly Road and Jolly Oak in Meridian Township. Due to site contamination present at the location, a Brownfield Redevelopment Plan was created and approved by the Township Board for reimbursement to the developer for contamination cleanup of the site.

June 20, 2019 was the original discussion for the Brownfield Plan for this site, projected taxable value should increase to about $4 Million dollars and the developer is requesting the use of about $450,000 for the project clean up. Full BRA plan for this site was approved by the Township Board October 1, 2019

Project is still underway and will receive certificate of occupancy after all internal inspections are complete. Projected opening anticipated Fall 2022.
