We are looking forward to serving our community once again this year, but with a few necessary amendments to preserve and protect the health and wellness of our vendors and customers. Vendor booths will be spaced further apart with wider aisles to support social distancing requirements. Also, all vendors, customers and staff are required to wear face masks. New to this year’s market is the availability of pre-ordering from certain vendors with curbside pick-up on the north side of the Market.
Where the "farm to table" concept becomes a community experience.
The Meridian Township Farmers' Market features Michigan strawberries, beans, tomatoes, peaches and blueberries in June and apples, winter squash and pumpkins in the fall. Fresh bouquets of flowers are available throughout the season. A majority of the products sold at the Market are grown locally or within the state.
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients can now use their Michigan Bridge Card at the Meridian Township Farmers’ Market. The Market also accepts Double Up Food Bucks, WIC Project FRESH and Senior Project FRESH/Market FRESH coupons. Many vendors are also now accepting credit cards.
