The proposed project located at 2446 Jolly Road, Okemos, Michigan, will provide an Emergency Room like hospital service near the Jolly and Okemos Road intersection.

The project involves the construction of a 30,456 square foot medical office building, parking lot and driveways connecting to Jolly Road and Kansas Street.  The existing buildings and parking needed to be demolished to construct this project. The developer has proposed one single building with general medical offices and freestanding emergency room.
