The Charter Township of Meridian will receive bids in the Clerk's Office, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, MI 48864, until Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 11:00 am (EST) for the following: 

  • 2026 Comprehensive Water and Sewer Rate Study

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to check the Township’s website for updates and addenda prior to the bid being submitted. Bidders may sign up to receive notifications regarding updates and addenda for this RFP by emailing a request to dpw@meridian.mi.us.

The Charter Township of Meridian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interest of the Township. The Township accepts no responsibility for any expense incurred by the Bidder in the preparation and presentation of a bid. Such expenses shall be borne exclusively by the Bidder.

You must indicate on the outside of the sealed envelope that the bid is for the “2026 Comprehensive Water and Sewer Rate Study”. You must submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy on a thumb drive of the bid to the Clerk’s Office, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, MI 48864, prior to the above-indicated time and date or the bid will not be accepted. Alternatively, emailed bids will be accepted. When submitting a bid via email, please use the subject line “Sealed Bid - 2026 Comprehensive Water and Sewer Rate Study” and email your bid to dpw@meridian.mi.us.
