Online utility billing payment systems, InvoiceCloud and BS&A, are available to customers. Customers can view and pay their bills online, set up automatic payments, go paperless, and more.

- Search by address or parcel/property tax number. Please note that if you use a credit or debit card, there is a 2.875% convenience fee; if you use your bank account and routing number (EFT), there is no fee.
InvoiceCloud Online Account Signup:
To register your account for the first time and connect your bank account, follow the steps below.
- Visit http://bit.ly/MeridianBill and select the bill type you want to pay.
- Enter the account number or parcel/property tax number that's listed on your bill (Example: ABCD-000000-0000-00 or 33-02-02-12-345-678)
- Select Search Invoices and then check the I'm Not a Robot box.
- Check the box to the left of your bill, and then click Register Account.
- Continue to enter your information to complete registration.
