Bill Payment Options

New customers can sign up for online payments after they receive their first bill in the mail. Please note that Meridian Township bills water and sewer quarterly. For questions, please contact the Utility Billing Department at 517.853.4120 or UtilityBilling@meridian.mi.us.

Residents/business owners have a variety of ways to pay their tax and utility bills. More information about each payment option is available below:

  • Online
    • An online utility billing payment system is available to customers. Links to login and pay your bill can be found below:
    • Customers can view and pay their bill online, set up automatic payments, go paperless, pay by text, and more. Online debit and credit card fees may apply, but linking your bank account is free.
  • Mail
    • Payments can be made via check and mailed to 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, MI 48864. 
  • Drop Box
    • Customers can drop off their bill payment 24/7 in the white drop box in front of the Meridian Township Municipal Building (5151 Marsh Road, Okemos).
  • In-Person
    • Bill payments can also be made in person at the Treasurer's Office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Meridian Township Municipal Building.

Meridian Township water utilities will increase on January 1, 2026, but will remain the lowest in the region by a considerable margin. To see a visual breakdown, visit the link to our flyer below:
