Pavilion Rentals

Gatherings in Meridian Township Parks are a special time for residents and families. We offer rentals at eight of our pavilions for $100 for Township residents and $200 for non-residents. Blocks of time available for rent are from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm and/or 4:00 pm to dusk daily.

*Eastgate Park and Legg Park pavilions are available on a first-come/first-served basis at no charge.

Bathrooms, picnic tables, grills, trash cans, and doggie bags are available. Dogs need to be on leash, and dog waste needs to be picked up and disposed of. Trash needs to be removed, and the area cleaned up to keep the park neighborly to other park users. Alcohol is allowed, but they must be self-contained with a responsible adult monitoring, and no glass is allowed.

All reservation requests must be for the current calendar year. Reservations for pavilions can be made online at meridian.recdesk.com. The online registration system will also provide more information about each pavilion. Pavilion rental costs are available in the document below.
